Outstanding Discounts on Office Supplies and Services - Chamber Office Plus Program

A new member benefit program has been created with Independence Business Supply (IBS), an Ohio-based office supply company. The program, entitled Chamber Office Plus, provides participating Chambers of Commerce with a rebate on all purchases made by the chamber and their members. Additionally, chamber members receive outstanding pricing on ALL IBS products, free shipping on all orders, no minimum order fees, and a full-service design studio that includes free shipping, assembly, and installation on all furniture orders. Independent Business Supply (IBS) does not advertise through traditional media environments. They stand on their merits and base everything they do on outstanding service with fair pricing. Q: Can my Chamber become a Chamber Office Plus participant?
A: If your Chamber is an active member of NOACC, you can participate. Chamber members will then have the opportunity to benefit from the program.

NOTE: Chamber members can participate only if your Chamber is registered with the Chamber Office Plus program at IBS, so register today.

Q: How does our Chamber receive its rebate?
A: Chambers can take advantage of this exciting rebate program simply by contacting Jessica DeJean at IBS to confirm your Chamber’s interest in joining the Chamber Office Plus program. Once enrolled, simply promote the Chamber Office Plus program to chamber members and begin generating rebate revenue.
Rebates will be issued every 6 months on all purchases paid within 60 days.

Q. Will there be help from IBS or NOACC to promote this program to chamber members?
A: The NOACC website, www.noacc.org will have complete details, links and downloadable literature to help you inform your members.  Click on www.noacc.org/benefits/office-supplies/ and add this link to your chamber benefits page or announcement. When applicable, IBS will assist in the promotional campaigns to chamber membership. 

Q. We already work with a local office supply vendor, or our chamber has another office supply program available to members.  Can we still offer the Chamber Office Plus to chamber members?
A. Yes.  IBS is willing to work with other local office supply vendors to offer an equal program in any area they serve.  If you have a program, we urge you to compare the Chamber Office Plus with your current program.  Every chamber chooses which NOACC benefit they want to promote.
