GroupTerm Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
- Available to groups with one or more covered employees
- For groups of 1 to 19 the minimum benefit is $15,000, maximum benefit is $50,000. Guarantee issue is $30,000.
- For groups of 20+ employees there is no minimum benefit. Guarantee Issue amounts exceed $30,000.
- All schedules available: flat, % of salary, class.
Short Term Disability
- Available to groups with two or more covered employees
- Minimum benefit is $40, maximum benefit is $500; flat amounts or % of salary by class
- Benefit Plans available:
1st day accident, 8th day sickness, 26 week maximum
1st day accident, 8th day sickness, 13 week maximum
Long Term Disability
- For groups of two or more employee
- Guaranteed issue for groups of 6 or more
- All industries are eligible
- Can pay to age 65
